It's not an ad... it is a website. The website that is most likely written with FLASH. Those are not "pop-ups" - it is part of the web design.

Joe just pointed it out because her outfile was advertising Argent Mortgage. By the way Joe, I didn't see Argent Mortgage in her "Sponsor's Row" tab. Must be an old picture.
