It Never Rains in So. Calif

I didn't get a pick up from Fedex on Saturday for some loan docs that I had scheduled.

A number of trees fell in the condo complex I live in and I don't fault FedEX for not picking up a package of loan docs.

I know the rest of the country will "feel our pain" in So Calif as we actually had some bad weather on Saturday!!

I was playing golf yesterday and complained to a friend that I couldn't remember it being so hot and humid in Riverside, Ca and I said this weather must be like back east? She looked at me as though I was crazy and said this heat and humity is nothing like back east!!

That why most of us live in Ca because we are are whusses/wimps/go name it!!

It's been in the 90's in Seattle, I want April to come back. I need to be by the water when it's this hot. CA is too hot for me. So I feel your pain. 69 degrees is just right.

I moved down to Southern cal from Northern Cal over 6 years ago, and I don't remember it being humid like this. It is just a taste of the midwest humidity. I can handle hot, but dislike humid air. UUGGGHHHH!

I'm dating myself.....but I sure enjoyed reading the lyrics..and hearing Albert Hammond sing them in my head!
Yesterday it was 88 degrees at 8 am her in SW FL.
This AM its 80....but the humidity is high!

with 95 percent Humidity.

It's humid here in the Big Valley, temps been around 112! It's usually a "dry heat"! lol

Is that high of a temp normal for you in Central Cal? I am in the Northern Cal Delta area, and while it does get hot here, this past week has been the exception. We have seen 112+ and with all the ac usage this past week we are constantly experiencing rolling blackouts.
