Late Hud...
Had a closing in a bank branch. Got the docs, printed them and out the door in order to meet bwr 50 miles away at 3 pm in the branch location.
On the way, it struck me that I did not see the HUD or title docs.
I pulled over and dbl checked. There was no HUD/no title docs.
I called title co. and they got right on it. Called me back and said go on to the closing (I was half way there) and they would send HUD to the bank branch. It was not ready yet. They were still working on it.
Now...if I would have noticed my mistake (leaving without HUD) prior to leaving my house the signing would have never taken place b/c I could not have made it to the location in time.
Isn't that interesting?
OMG...look at what I just said! I find it "interesting" that a HUD was late??? I need to get out! Not that I need to get out more, just get out period.
