Loan packages...too many pages
Maybe its my printer that likes to print, but it seems that in the past several months, the packages have become overpopulated with pages. One set yesterday had 8 RTC pages (4 for each borrower), 3 diffferent formats permitting clerical corrections, etc, 3 privacy pages, each slightly different and 13 pages of instructions for the closer/settlement agent. And then, they want you to print them almost for nothing...what a deal.
It is 88 today here in MN. No complaint...our son is in the Air Force and is stationed in a little country next to Somalia...the temp has been over 100 each for the past week, plus he has to wear many pounds of clothing and equipment. Thanks to him and all the other guys and gals that endure on our behalf.

Re: Good point... they could cut down on the redundant pages
I have noticed that the sub-prime loans have lots more paperwork. Also, lots of loan packages have dozens of pages of lender instructions to the escrow officer, the borrower does not need all that extra paperwork. In one case I was sent an attachment with the borrowers appraisal paperwork which was over 30 pages long and I had to print 2 copies of it. That left me angry as the lender should have mailed it to the borrower.
