My "Your Overview" seems incomplete

i've been a premier member for 1.5 years and have played around the site for all the proper & various reasons. i've tried to "fine tune" my profile, but as yet can't get the "Your Overview" to reflect accurately.

i don't know what i'm overlooking or doing wrongly, but my dilemma is that the "Document Signings" shows a "0" which isn't true and the "Notary Rating" & "Notary Ranking" both say "N/A".

can anyone help me out here?

Mine indicates the same.
Regardless, I receive many, many calls for assignments from this site. So, in my way of thinking, it may not make a difference.

I wish I could help you though.

my thoughts are in line with yours...i still gets calls from this site so i keep doing it. i just thought it would increase my advantages.

How to update Your Overview - I just learned this morning...

I just purchased the PM on the 11th and just learned how to use this feature this morning. I found 14 companies I am already signed up with, and did these first. Now I need to sign up with everyone else....

You must be logged in first:
Click on Signing Central
Click on Signing Service Listing
Scroll to bottom of the page
You will be able to then select one company at a time - and then you can rate the company or list comments about them.

Then, you can keep track of your closings online. I am not sure the TC, Lenders or SS can see the companies with whom we sign up here.
