My own loan

I am going to be signing my own loan and am having some issues with the company about me getting my own notary to only do the stamping. As it would not cost as much.
Has anyone else had issues with this?

Della, there should not be any issues at all. Especially since you are a NSA. When I re-fi, I walk across the street and have my associate notarize/stamp the docs after I have gone through the package and signed. She does the same thing when she does a re-fi. It is cheaper. Never had any problems.

What is there issue. In California, you have the right to have the docs delivered to you directly and to find your own Notary.

He is going to ask processing it may be he has never been asked this before he said it did not seem like something they would do. But as you said it is my loan I don't need someone else involved in telling me whats what.

This is a right?? Or something that should be??
Thanks

That is right. I just confirmed again with my associate that is an NSA and works for a mortgage company. I am waiting for her to e-mail be the legal code.
