Nfres/ATM

I tried to search this, but the system isn't working. I accepted a signing from NFRES and they e-mailed a confirmation to me last week. The caller ID showed "UnKnown Caller" and the scheduler said she was calling from Navy Federal. The signing is tomorrow and I just received a "reminder" confirmation fax from ATM Corp. Do they work together? It really doesn't matter, but I am just curious (and alittle bored I guess!).

I have worked for Navy Federal. Be sure to get your fee in a written confirmation. I was paid $75.00 for a signing that was suppose to be for $125.00. They did back up and pay the additional $50.00 a couple of weeks later, after many phone conversations. They said the person that did the scheduling was not authorized to change fees. Be Careful.

Yes, NFRES uses ATM for their fax purposes. Pay is a little low, but they pay fast and their packages are the smallest in town. Usually no more than 23 pages. Happy signing!

I have done several closings for these people they are a good company and work with several lenders MBNA is the usual in our area. They usually have a two week or less turn around for payment. Their packages are small and easy.
Good luck
