Northwest Title & Escrow

Has anyone work with this company? I was disappointed to find that they are a title & escrow company operating as SS on the side.

Good company. I've done both for their title part and their "signing source" division. Prefer the title, but will do both.

GOOD COMPANY Re: Northwest Title & Escrow

So far they've been fair in meeting our fees and raising it when documents were late or job was erroneously described. We were once hired for single refi, but when we received e-docs, we noticed 2nd lien. They upped the fee when we called, no problems.
