Purchase Closing Fee

If I'm meeting with both the purchaser & seller at the same time in a "last minute" purchase closing at a location 40 miles away & the docs are coming by e-mail...is $300.00 a "fair" fee? I'd appreciate feedback.

80 mile RT, sounds fair to me.
In my neighborhood (s), I charge $200-$250.

Have fun Dennis.... on these with buyers, sellers and realtors present... sometimes I feel that $500 wouldn't be enough!

Let's see. Last minute Purchase + E-docs, both seller & buyer and 80 miles RT. I would personally add an extra $50. The point phrase is LAST MINUTE! jmo
