Some SS are so rude.
I had a call a while ago for a signing:
Can you do a signing today e docs at xxxx for a 1st and 2nd?
Me: Oh yes, how much are you paying?
105.00
Me: Oh I am sorry but I can't do it for that price.
What's your fee?
Me: 150.00 (still cheap for a 1st,2nd and last minute signing I thought)
Oh no, I don't know why we have you in our database if you charge those prices
Me: Well You can go ahead and delete me from your database.
That's exactly what I am going to do right now. Click!
Did I do something wrong? I have done 1st and 2nd for that price but for O/N packages but not for e docs and at the very last minute, I had to stop what ever I was doing to acommodate these people.
Thank you for letting me vent.

Yes I do undersstand supply and demand, but you have to know where you make a buck, or just working for free. Most 1st and 2nd loans comes with a 300.00 in the HUD, so what is the SS doing
to earn almost 200.00 out of the deal?
