For o/n they pay $75 per signing and YOU must make a copy of the documents for borrowers. I have only done two for them. They paid timely.

I usually get email docs from them for Penn West. They have a link where to pick up the docs and you print one set. The BO's set is included in the package. (The BO's only get a copy of the mtg., note, TIL, RTC, and a few other docs. It makes the printing go really fast!)
They are one of those cos. that have you send one invoice at the EOM and the check comes about a week later.

I'm doing two for them tomorrow and already have the docs. The Penn West system is great as Laurie said. Easy to deal with, very nice people.

I don't know if there are more locations but my check came from Aliso Viejo, CA. Met my fee for edocs, did the signing on 6-22 check was cut 7-18.
