The perfect signing, pinch me, is it real?
Received call at 10:00am for 12:30pm signing. Met my fee, docs were ready. Downloaded, printed and arrived at BO at 12:28pm. Mr and Mrs Borrower were informed and ready to close. ID was right on. New SS (to me) paid via paypal within one hour of closing. Does it get any better?

Was getting paid by Paypal something they offered or did you suggest it to them? That would be great if they all did that.

There were a couple of fax backs, but I don't blame them, I will work for this SS anytime. They did mention paypal in their initial inquirry as to their pament terms.

Be Careful of PayPal
Paypal has a tendoncy to freeze accounts with your money in it, and not ever give it back. They say it is for fraud protection, but that is not the case. So if you have a paypal account, make sure it is hooked up to a bank account that has a 0 balance, and that you transfer the funds out of your paypal account as soon as they come in.

Re: Be Careful of PayPal
Thank's for the heads up Lisa. My Paypal is linked to my checking account, which unfortunatly usually HAS a zero balance.
