Tn Law HB 3597

I am not exactly sure how this bill will affect Tennessee Notarys. It appears this applies to High Cost loans or loans over 350,000. ???? The HB 3597 has passed and signed by the Governor. Effective Jan 1 2007. The other bill I'm not sure???? It applies to location of closing. I have spoken with one state representative and am currently in contact with another about this bill. I have been told it only applies to high cost loans, but would like to read the bill myself to satisfy my curiosity! Some of these politicians can word legislation in such a way that it's almost impossible for a lay person to interpet it correctly! I wonder why that is.....<
