Just got a last min. eDoc. I am going to go do it and hope that they pay. Nothing in here about them.

I just got in. It's 11 pm. I am happy as a pig in slop.

Today at noon, I got a call for a signing this evening at 7:00 pm from a different signing company.

"Yes, I can do. Here is my fee."

Oh. Okay, we'll get that approved with title and call you back.
(And, they didn't.)

At 8 pm, USA called me and I quoted my fee. That's more than we usually pay but title said to get it done. "OKAY!"

Get to the signing at 9:20 pm. Borrowers and builder rejoice merrily, because they are so glad to get this new construction loan done. Yes...seems they had a no show who didn't come at 7 pm.

Could it be that the "Miss Poacher" who charges half of what I do found it not worth it to print out edocs and make the trip out at 7 pm for a thirty mile trip into the dark back roads of Kurten? (Ten miles for me.)

Could it be that Miss Poacher did not even bother to call the bwrs or anyone to let them know she wasn't going to make it?

I love Miss Poacher. I met a builder and another very excellent contact from the local legal community at this signing.

More good reviews

I have worked for USA Signing twice. They met my fee and paid in 30 days. Crystal is nice to work with as well.
