Venting update

The loan officer called on monday, borrower flaked. Finally recieved a call from Mario on Tuesday still wanted me to sign the package. I refused, I asked how do I know you are going to pay me, if you can't return my calls when there is trouble with the signing. He replied with you all ready have the docs. I told him I was booked. Really the nerve of some people.

I think Mario from Transcontinental Title, and Mario from Notary Exchange are one of the same. I got him as Mario from Notary Exchange, but all the docs were Transcontinental Title.

I didn't sign the loan. I was really uncomfortable. I have never had anyone be so flakey. The only person who was on top of things was the poor loan officer. I am not ever saying yes to either one of the Marios. Though I am convinced he is the same person, just two company's. Or maybe the same co. but two names to be a snake.

Hello,

I have done two signings and now he won't pay me total due $175.00. He keeps saying he sent payment by email, but won't call me back and he is screening all his calls. Any suggestions? It feels good to vent!
