Washington Title
Washington Title Company is out of Livonia MI. The first couple of signings I did for them they paid within 30 days. I now have an invoice that is 60 days old and was informed by their new accounting person that they are now paying at the end of the month, after the month of the signing. You can bet that I will no longer do any work for them. I don't know about the rest of you, but I cannot wait 60 days or more to get paid. (especially when there is edocs involved)

I told you so!
I posted on the other board about this deadbeat company. After I reported them to the state licensing board and started the legal process by sending certified letters to Livonia and the owner's home address, then and only then did I receive my $875.
The owner told me because I insisted on my payment they would not use me again--that's right, I will NOT be used!
