a comical offer from Land America
I get a call @ 7:00 pm last night from land america asking if I am available for a refi w/ edocs next Wed @ 6:00 pm. I say yes where is it. She names a town thats 30 miles away. She then proceeds to tell me that they are going to pay $50!!!!!!!!!!! for it. I did not mean to be rude but I started laughing hysterically..........she gets pissed off and asks me what my problem is, afterall they are givimg me plenty of notice. According to the scheduler there is a closer in this area who normally does them for $50 but she is not avalilable next Wed. If there is in fact anyone stupid enough to be charging $50 for edocs on the eastern shore of Maryland you are a complete idiot. There are plenty of Wal Marts in the area....why dont you just get a job there. I am sure that the $50 closer is probably the one that several of us go out after regularly to clean up her half ass work. The scheduler also told me that they have restructured the fees they will be paying and will not under any circumstances be paying more than $100 for edocs no matter the distance. For the third time in less than a month I asked to be removed from their database.
