does anyone have an address for Notary Exchange/Mario out of California. I did the unthinkable, I accepted a signing without complete information about the signing company. Now, I have not been paid; since May 18, 2006. this is not unreasonably long but it is a long time too. please help if anyone has an address. I have a phone number and an email address. to no avail.

Hi I have the address and all phone numbers...Good Luck I did a job which took a bunch of my time Went out 3 time (not of my error) and once out until after midnight.....to date I have not been paid from back in May....I have been promised by the lender and mario that the payment went out but it did not...My recent e-mail now is giving me a tracking # so hopefully he will come through, but for some reason I dont believe.it..I have told him I have legal service that will be handling this matter so we will see?

His email address is: [e-mail address]. I did a signing for him on July 26, 2006 and I haven't been paid either. He will not return my phone calls or emails. I just spoke with the Title company that uses him for their signings and apparrently they have been getting a lot of calls from notaries regarding this same matter. They will not be using him any longer.
