certified signing services

I did a search and found recent comments on this company. I take it that they are on the bad list of companies? Seems like there are alot of bad companies .

I hadn't researched them, therefore, I am glad I received my full fee promptly.

That company has been in service for 12 yrs. the people who wrote this are upset because they were put on a do not call list by that company because of their lack of signing agent skills.

WRONG...

>>>the people who wrote this are upset because they were put on a do not call list by that company because of their lack of signing agent skills.<<<

First of all I am thrilled to be on your do not call list and secondly, the reason you were rated so badly by me was because of the absence of communication within your office.

You know, I can end this thing once and for all by getting a written statement from the borrowers. When this crap was going on the borrowers offered and I said I’d let them know if I needed it or not. I think it's time to get that letter and post it for all to see.

Why don’t you quit back peddling and stop stating un-truths to cover up for your lack of professionalism and communication skills? Even YOU make mistakes CP, admit it and move on, please.

I think there were payment problems in the past. I know that they remain on my no-no list because I felt that there was enough about them to warrant it. But, that said, you have to make up your own mind.

Re: certified signing services--Jim

We all create our own personal "no-no" lists. It really should be about personal experience, information and decision. While I may consider company A a no-no, you may have only had good experiences with, etc. Granted there are a few companies we all say no to, but for the most, your list should be "your" list. Try doing a search for "no-no" or no pay, etc. That will help get you started.

Like Lily said, one man's trash just may be your treasure. Don't take the no-no list you will find on this and other sites as the law of Notary land. Also, click the Signing Central Tab above then click on Signing Service List to see how NotRot members rate companies. Good luck, it's a daunting task, but worth the effort. Smile
