hp laserjet 3015 screeching/whining noise...

it just started today, sounds like it's the drive motor. Has anyone had this happen and what did you do? Sounds like it needs oil, but the printer appears to be about 99% plastic, like everything else these days. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have more docs to print and don't want to fry it out.

Are you sure your printer has not been infested by the ghost of my Beautiful & Talented Ex-Wife? The B&TEW could put a team of banshees to shame.
