is your signing business slowing down?

It has been the slowest summer I have experienced, is anyone else experiencing less business?
I had one of the best Julys last year and so far this July is one of the slowest ever.
I also notice many title companies reduced rates to what signing companies pay and that has hurt my bottom line.

How is it elsewhere, I am in NC

Its been extremely slow here in the desert area of CA. I haven't hardly heard from my regular Signing Services so far this month. From what i've heard, its been slow in a LOT of places. Is this just the summer slump or what?

Very slow in No Cal. I have heard that one of the local title companies laid off 6 employees yesterday and another closed one of their offices.

I'm finding business steady. Business picked up for me in March and stayed the same in April, May, June and now July. I am very thankful!

I am slow in Birmingham, AL as well. I have only had two calls this whole month.
