photo on listing

hello out there,

i've looked everywhere and can't figure out how to add my photo to my listing. and is there a width and hight pixel maxium or a file size limit. can anyone help me?

Click on "My Profile" at the top of the page.
Go to bottom of your profile information and click on the blue button next to Photo.
Instructions are written very clearly.
