I've done some of these, usually for mobile homes. The company sends you a disposable camera to send back with the loan docs. You take pictures of several interior rooms and the exterior from different angles. Quick & simple.

I am doing a singing tonight for a Loc , and they ask if I could take 1 photo of the outside of the property and email it back to them with my invoice for an extra fee of $$. never been asked to do this.

A Week ago got a call from an agency wanted me to accept Edocs Mobil Signing after hours and take two pictures of the home for $55.00 I turned them down. I wish I would have wrote down there Co. name but I didn't. I really thought the amount of work and the price was %$#@%$ CRAZY !!!!

For heloc some time they ask picture of the outside....

because there is not appraisal report. I did one last week, for half hour work they paid me $175

Maybe OT but

I was just photographed by a doctor's office. When I asked why...was told "giggle...well no one can show up for treatment that isn't you". Uh huh.

I have a skin cancer that is only treatable by radiation. Why would anybody else show up for being zapped by the machine....other than me? It was lame...that excuse.

I'd like to know the real reason.
