Have 1st and 2nd no 1003. Is this unsual? Never have had this happen not could I find anything in the search. Any ideas? TIA

It can happen, especially when the MB is preparing the 1003 and not the lender. Just let the SS or TC know, you very well may be told to go without it. Since it does not have to be notarized, most will accept faxed or emailed signature until the original can be mailed back to them.

Thank you so much. This may ba an ugly one since i just spoke with BO and there are some problems already. Asking questions of the BO certainly can save some time.
