She is a very reasonable and responsible person in my experience.

Yes, I have been in contact with Elayne. I sent 3 emails and faxed 2 invoices last week (the only faxes I've ever sent other than faxbacks), and she told me that the next time checks are cut, my payment will be sent. She would not say exactly when that would be.

Additionally, she told me (quote):

"Please refrain from further faxes as we pay per page. You will be notified when checks are mailed via email. From this point forward TBC will deduct the costs of the faxes from your check."

These are her words--not mine. Then, to add insult to injury, she added (quote):

"Our responses to you have been been timely and thorough with regard to your inquiries and your further collections efforts will be ignored."

All of this because I insisted on being paid after 45 days!

Tampa Bay Closing ROCKS!

Tampa Bay assigned me my first loan signing a little over a year ago. They are great! Contact Elayne and make sure she has your W9. Once they have that your payment should be sent. I would do 100 signings for Tampa Bay Closing

This is not my first signing with TBC. The first paid at 45 days exactly. They have everything necessary to make payment--including payment for the signing from the title company who paid TBC the week before last (according to TBC).
