Has anyone heard of or done business with these folks? I believe they have a 251 area code which is in south Alabama. I ask because when I took an assignment from them a few weeks ago they were rather rude. Now, they called me today saying the borrower's ex-wife should have signed a couple of documents. I looked back over my instructions and an ex-wife is not mentioned nor did the documents have a place for her to sign. They aren't wanting to pay me for a revisit. They haven't paid me for the original signing. any suggestions?
