Budget setup

I was checking out used laptops several weeks ago and I cam across hundreds of 12" iBooks for sale from various vendors. I purchased on for $350. It had a 900MH processer, 40 gig hard drive, an Airport Card and 512MB ram. Mac OSX was already installed.

So I turned it on and lo and bless its heart it found High Speed wireless internet somewhere out there in cyberspace. So I checked my gmail account and there was a 4 part double email PDF waiting to be downloaded and printed.

I have an HP 2200 DT backup printer in my closet that has a USB connection on it. So I plugged in the printer connected the USB to the iBook, downloaded the attachments and ZOOM I was printing at 19 pages per minute.

Thanks for sharing your findings its good to know you can keep your cost down getting the tools needed for this business.

How did you luck up getting the free WIFI ;-D with the airport card?

I'm in the market for a smaller notebook I have a 17 and its heavy thanks for sharing!!
