Companies who ask for a signup fee
In a moment of boredom last month, I decided to sign up with those of those agencies who requested that I send them my hard-earned cash to close for them. I thought to myself, "heck..why not?" Lo and behold, I have done 5 closings for them recently that has more than paid for my signup fee. I am pleasantly surprised and the people seem wonderful to work with. My signup fee is a heck of alot less than my NNA membership.

Start with your profile here. You need to develop some sort of synopsis of your resume as your profile and get your phone number up. Companies will also seek you out here as well as your marketing on your own. Welcome and good luck

Sorry I posted the last comment before I read the rules and guidelines and apologize if it was wrong. It won't happen again.

Do you suppose you could tell them that you will pay their fee ONLY if they use you exclusively in your area? I know you already signed up but had to put that thought out there.
