Computer and printing support question

I having a lot of trouble with my computer this morning. When I try to print from the internet, it kicks me off without printing anything. I can print from anything else such as saved documents (as long as they were not saved from the internet). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Shut down completely, and power off your PC and your printer. Then, turn on your printer first and let it cycle through its POST (Power On Self Test). When the printer is ready, then turn on your PC and let it cycle through its POST and load. 9 times out of 10, this fixes most problems that just seem to happen for no apparent reason.
