David Gilmore David Consulting, Tallahassee

David Gilmore of David Consulting in Florida retained me for a particularly difficult double closing in March. He has never paid me nor has he returned my calls. The title company for whom I did the closing cannot get it touch with him and has taken him off their approved list. They tell me they have paid him for all the closings but that there are close to 20 Notaries out there that are in the same situation as I. Does anyone know this man?

I was also not paid by David for a closing in February. He paid me for the first two but not the last one I did for him. He has been dodging my calls and emails too so I sent him a certified, return-receipt letter on the 21st but have not it back yet. The loan officer did not want me to contact the borrower for a statement (to file a small claim suit against him) because it was a million dollar loan. So their title company's corporate office is reimbursing me for the closing and they are going after him. Hope that might help out.

Thank you very kindly. He doesn't even answer the phone anymore and the fax number I have no longer is in service. Also, I contacted the company that services the loan and they do not care.

I will try that again and see what happens.
