Did I do this right... Extra(?) acknowlegements
I got a signing tonight (Countrywide) There were 2 Acknowledgements in the deed pages. These are labled pages 8 of 9 and 9 of 9. On has the clients signatures, and the other seems basically a loose Ack. To me, this looks like they have a spare one in case the 2 people are at different locations. Is this correct? Should I not do anything with the second one? (It is labeled 9 of 9, so I presume I need to return it)
Then, there was another ACK(no page numbers). This one was after the Prepayment Penalty Disclosure (no page numbers) and before a "consumer progress report" looks like an internal form. Would this be a "spare - just in case..."
I ONLY sealed the ONE ACK in the deed package (both signers were present) label page 8 of 9 and with their signatures.
Also, there two different forms about "PayPlan" Client did not want any auto payment plans. What should I have done on these? Client wrote "refused" and initialed these.
Thanks, Anon

Not sure about the extra ack, but I always have bwr write declined on the auto pay forms & initial. That way, I'm covered that the bwr did see the forms but chose not to enroll at the time of signing. Never had a problem doing that way.
