Did anyone fine June slow?

Has anyone found June as slow as I did? Usually by the end of month running ragged.
It seems as if we are starting to have a slow down with refi's. Let me know if you are
experiencing this too?

I expected June to be much busier than it has been. I'm hoping to be busy all day Monday with last minute closings.

3 on the Books for Monday. June has been a very slow month compared to prior years. What hurts is the first 2 weeks of July are always dead that is what is going to hurt alot.

with summer in the past...I get to do Helocs from other states for people on vacation or in school. It's great, and no law office, title company or lender's branch required.

also unorganized. I got bookings only to have them cancel because docs were not ready. Or there were problems with Title. This month reminds me of March only a bit slower. I am hoping that this week will be better and more on the ball! I have a closing on the books for Tuesday that I still have not gotten a confirmation for. Weird month!

Unfortunately, I think it is only going to get worse until interest rates come down. We are at a 4 year high, and because of interest rates, purchases are slowing down too. As long as rates stay where they are, or go up, things will remain this way. You will see more TC's making layoffs, lenders making layoffs, and SS's stop paying and go belly up. I think it was 1993 or 1994 when I remember it last being this slow.
