I believe that's an eLynx file. Probably find it on PAW's site.

Not in the "Forms" directory, but in the "Download" directory. (http://www.pawnotary.com select Download from the menu on the left. Scroll down the list to the elynxprintutility.exe file. Double click and select "Save" and save the file to your own PC.)
