Guys and Gals, get a grip!

I am totally shocked at the turn of events, you folks that are throwing all these stones are turning a very grand accomplishment into a b----- slapping contest. You are making things worse and not better although I completely understand you want to come to someone defense. In 5 hours I watched the board go from a glorious example of what a group can do when they put their heads together to a board that is blood thirsty and shooting arrows into gaping wounds. KNOCK IT OFF please. When you get into the mud with pigs, there's only one way the fight will turn out. While I wasn't exactly delighted to hear what Dee had to say I have to admire her for having the courage to put herself out there. You've allowed this to escalate into something that is erasing any good that we've managed to do. Some of you need to back off and stop with the cutting comments....seems like each one is nastier than the last....this is absolutely amazing....Have none of you learned anything from Sylvia? Sheesh!

Please can we end this?

It is very upsetting to see all this "bashing" on the board because Brenda did a very kind thing. Had she asked me first I would have told her not to do it.
Her kindness should not have turned into all this controversy. It is very embarrassing to be a cause of all the negativity that has resulted because of a couple of members who do have a right to their opinion.
Please just ignore the anonymous posters, you are just feeding their egos by responding to them.

Re: What's a "Peeps?" (:>)

I have spent the last week in bed with the flu, and have watched
Kathy Griffin: My Life On The "D" List too many times.
When she refers to "her peeps" she means her people (or fans).
My guess is that is what it means. LOL But I have been wrong once before Smile

Re: What's a "Peeps?"

In the 80's there was a British comedian, Harry Enfield (he has been on the BBC channel over here, I couldn't stand him!) He created a character called Stavros, and he used to introduce himself by saying "Hello Peeps" - his character spoke in fracured English and said "peeps" instead of people.

So, if I use the word how many "peeps" must there be before I don't get a 200 cool point demerit?? Inquiring minds want to know!!!

It is merely the way of many members on this

forum, to sling hateful remarks, make false accusations and escalate it into chaos. For those of us this has happened to, it is not remarkable at all. QED.

Q.E.D.

Q.E.D. is an abbreviation of the Latin phrase "quod erat demonstrandum". OR "It has been shown"........They know who they are.

Yes, it happens to many online forums.

It's a factor of some folks not having any REAL life, so they tend to try to use a forum for a real life replacement.

Just try to ignore it, maybe it will go away!
