The cd included with the book is defective on mine. I told them that I wanted a new one. The new cd came in and, it messes up at the same point.
It seems that now they don't want to deal with me anymore. They have a no return of purchase money policy.
there is nothing wrong with my computer reading this cd. They said that they tested the cd before sending it.
