I cannot believe this...

a good gesture has turned this board into this hate spewing, mean spirited place. I am truly disturbed to see the hateful words being exchanged amongst posters. I am also truly disturbed that anyone should have to come on here to defend their actions, explain their financial situations or anything like that.

Brenda took the initiative to help someone out in their time of need. If only everyone would extend there support to eachother through difficult times..I know, if only...one can dream

I CANNOT BELIEVE the bashing that is going on here! I am sorry to Dee for posting her feelings on the situation and being eaten alive for them. I am sorry to Brenda who was doing her best to make a bad situation a little better for someone only to unintentionally cause a riot amongst the restless natives. And I am truly sorry to Sylvia who SHOULD NOT have to be on here defending ANYTHING to ANYONE!

This board is truly a disgrace today!

Dee's feelings are completely irrelevant to the whole Sylvia situation. That she came on this board to tell us how hurt she was by it all is the real disgrace. If you don't want to be eaten alive, don't take a situation that isn't REMOTELY related to you and try to make it all about you.

It's a train wreck alright. I wish I could get my docs and go to work, but two delays already today have me glued to my computer. I'll sit on my hands and stop talking to Anon Id10ts.

Well said! It's like high school or worse yet the schoolyard. Sometimes I think people get on this thing to do nothing but hate on other people for the sake of hating and proving some sort of superiority over others.

I own SLB SIGNING SERVICES, INC. - a nationwide signing service.

Been in business for 3+ years (went nationwide about a year ago)

For example..on a single refi, we collect $150 and pay the notary $100..fee may be negotiated if there is additional travel, etc...

I have cut checks up through 6/21

Sherry - ignore Joe. I know him personally and he's just being a smart-butt.

Joe - Sherry is a smart gal and runs a legit biz. SS's have a right to earn their living and since I know you can be a signing ho, I'm positive you've worked for less (including edocs).
