I'm curious?

Are members getting business from notaryrotary.com?

I do Joan. Any SS biz comes directly from Notary Rotary. I've not renewed my membership with the NNA, nor do I advertise anywhere else. NR is a complete service, with supplies and advertisement, IMO.

Absolutely! Notary Rotary is the best!

If there were a level above the ordinary paid membership I'd buy it in a heartbeat! Quite a few people tell me they found me through Notary Rotary.

The Forum is a great additional benefit. Many times I lurk, reading but not posting, when I've got a little time. The advice I've received here has been invaluable. At times the humor has been exactly what I needed to get over a stressful signing or long overdue edocs.

Thank you, Harry!

Ditto for me. Half if not more calls come in because of NOTROT. A few come in from NNA but most from here.

I have not

I received one call from a low paying, fax back signing company that I ditched in 2001.

Other than that I have not received any new business from notary rotary. Nor am I a premier member. There are already a lot of premier members in my turf. And at this point, I have many clients that use me exclusively. So as long as that wave remains, I'll be okay. I just can never assume, someone else will not undercut......

Actually I drum up my new business by marketing and the other sites. NNA is not one of them. They got ditched when they offered their first training session in Detroit. There was no way I wanted my $$$ to go to training my competition.

I use these message boards as a tool to weed out or jump on new business. However, with all the ot stuff, I find myself checking in less and less. There is just too many threads of ot, in my humble opinion. You guys like it and chat and email privately. Just not my thing.

Re: notary rotary business

I do get business from Notary Rotary and I intend to keep my membership as it has proved to be very worthwhile.
I only pay for one other site and it is not NNA.

Re: notary rotary business

I don't get very much business from here. I get so much more! I learn new things everyday and have made GREAT contacts and leads from some very generous notary's across the country. I just renewed yesterday and will keep my membership for a long time. It is the best. I also love the journal.

In pain and irritable. He will be fine. I have three signings today so Grandma will take over until Dad gets home from work. Gives me a break :o)
Thanks for asking Susan!

I do... NOTROT steered over $1000 worth of assignment to me last month.

(note) That would have been about $250 to some of you but I know how to negotiate my fees.

Re: Not really....

The majority of my calls for work come from another site with numbers (123 etc). I think I have truthfully received (in my 5 years at this, here in Maine) very few calls from Not.Rot & GMN listings. But I don't "bad mouth" these sites I still turn to them for advice and assistance. Never, received a call from listing with NNA. Oh well, maybe next time.
