I am familiar with the name, and that she does finances. Have you checked out Dave Ramsey? If so, is there a big difference? I have been reading Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey; and was just wondering if you knew if there was a difference b/t the two and who you would recommend. I will have to check out Suze too.

And just so you know, i am not trying to pick a fight, i am simply asking for your opinion re: the money thing.

I know you're not trying to pick a fight. The name sounds familiar but I havent heard of or picked up any of his books. I've got Suze's: The Money Book for the Young, Fabulous, and Broke. Great book with each chapter dedicated to a particular issue with questions and answers that you may have on everything from credit scoring(gives a percentage breakdown on what determines your FICO score), buying a car, buying a home, career advice, etc. Its a very good read. Highly recommended.

okay, i will check out that book at the library and see if they have it. i like the dave ramsey one, but i am on a strict budget as it is and he seems to think that i can just pull money out of ????? and have more money to pay off other bills! lol! Thanks for the advice, i do appreciate it! laura
