Is kentucky an attorney state? My parents are in WV right not and need to sign some loan docs which i know is an attorney state but they are abotu 10 minutes from KY so i was wondering if i shipped them to them and had them signed in KY would we be able to avoid having to get an attorney to sign off on the docs.

KY is a notary state.
I think there are 7 atty. states? GA, SC, MA, DE, WV, VT, MD, (and IL requires either an atty. or title agent?).
