For management of LSI and NREIS', the answer to decreased revenue resulting from a fall-off in business, was to decrease costs, ergo, reduce the fees paid to Signing Agents.
I wonder if management considered the fact that by lowering their fees, the trusted, experienced signing agents that have worked for them regularly, will no longer.
The lower fees will impact their clients negtively with a decline in service, as only less experienced Signing Agents will accept the fee and there will be more errors, and the companies will lose even more business.

Interesting part to this is....
I signed up with them to work directly, passed the background check and filled out the 29 page application. I have never gotten work from them directly but I get calls from signing companies to do the signings for LSI. If they would use the database they developed, they might save some money.
