Landamerica/OSS

Has anyone done business with Landamerica? How are they in regards to paying and when? did you have any problems with their service?

They are paying low and they require 40-50 pages of faxbacks on many lenders.

I used to do a ton of WAMUs at $75-$175 because they were clean and quick and no fax backs.

No more now unless they are over $150. I'll fax 50 pages back for $150 on any job, but not for $75 where the SS is making $75 and I fax for an hour.

thanks I was wondering since I have spent the better part of today faxing and refaxing things they say they never got but it all went in same fax

I did a correction signing for them, no faxbacks, only 2 documents and they paid within two weeks. They paid more than the agreed upon fee. This was probably a special case.
