I am often "annoyed" by people who do not look through the same lens I do, but recognize they have a right to live and be different than I. But, I am not *disturbed* by people who feel or think differently than I do.

However, I am disturbed by this thread for some reason. I cannot put my finger on it, but I wish it were not here. Maybe I think it is revealing more than we need to know and I wish the poster could see that also.

Just a suggestion regarding impartiality...

You note on your profile that you're impartial, but then mention you can give tax advice to borrowers regarding their closing costs! You're not there in any kind of an advisor capacity when you're performing NSA duties, and to give any kind of advice (especially financial) regarding the docs or the loan itself crosses the line, involving you in the loan and compromising your impartiality. I doubt that the lenders/TC hiring you would approve of this practice, as you are exposing them to potential liability while you're handling their documents and giving advice without their knowledge or consent.

I'd also recommend not posting political comments or affiliations in the same paragraph with your profile's impartiality statement.

I don't care if you are right or wrong in the LkA situation; if I was a title company and read this post I would black list you and make sure everyone I worked with knew you obviously have no self control and are just a bit too emotional.

Erin...this is by far the nastiest post I have read

on this forum. If I'm not mistaken Susan has told us her husband's name is Bruce but I could be wrong, I've slept since then. This is a text book example of how things can grow in huge leaps and bounds. Harry would be extremely wise to eliminate your post. While I most certainly believe in freedom of speech, this is over the edge. You need to settle this off site rather than getting into the dirt with it. As my brother is fond of saying, "NOW you've stepped into it chin deep".
