If you click on "Find a Notary" and enter the zip codes for the areas you are looking, I'm sure you will find several notaries. If you need assistance finding the zip code, try USPS.com.

Isn't Reno in Nevada? Info only - California notaries public cannot notarize any document unless they are physically standing in the state of California. Guess I'd better look at a map.
