NREIS...they haven't called in awhile, but wow

their fees are even lower than what I was reading about here. I didn't realize business was that bad. Perhaps they should consider cutting in other departments. How are they going to get a SA to work for those low fees? They won't get SA's they will get just anybody with a stamp. I went to the local bank to have some paperwork notarized and she didn't even know how to fill out the notary portion. I told her I was a notary and she said, "Oh well, why can't you just notarize it?" I gently told her why and encouraged her to download the SOS Notary Brochure.

I had a signing two days ago and the lender sent the paperwork directly to the borrowers to find a notary to notarize it. It was two or three pages...etc. The borrowers could not understand why they sent me out this time for their HELOC. After we got part way through, the wife said, "Wow...I can see why they sent someone. We would have messed this up, thank you."

haven't worked for them in months since lowered fees.

What did they offer you?

Used to do lots for them. Oh well.

I'm doing lots of "docs sent to bwrs, find your own notary" appts.
