Netco
I was wondering if anyone has had trouble with Netco ? I did a search and found one on them regarding pay . My problem is the last three closings they scheduled with me the docs weren't available till hours later. I told them when they scheduled the closing and today I had to have docs by 1:30 to do the closing, The closing was for 3 today and Netco just called (3:30) me to see if I was going to do the closing.The closing is 30 miles away. Im booked tonite. I could tell they were mad, and this has happened three times to me with this company. Infact twice they said they were putting me on their do not call list and they have called me back anyways. I think they might be a good company for Me to put on my do not call list. I even called them this morning and they were to get right back to me and they never did.

I was having the same problem with Netco out of MO. I explained to them that their late docs put me behind on all my other closings for the day, and they were the only company that I was having this problem with. They have called me since, but if I have anything else scheduled after them I do not accept the assignment. If my calendar is open and they call, I will accept and put a note to myself to leave the rest of the day open and work on marketing while I am waiting on their docs.
I have never had any trouble out of getting paid from Netco, just late docs.
