Notaries Nationwide in the 619 area.

I did a search and most of the notaries nationwide in the archives are for the same SS?
I received a call from this SS, and it was from the San Diego Area. Later on they called to cancelled I guess they found a better price notary. But after reading all the bad reputation they have here, in case is the same Ssm, I would have been the one cancelling the signing.
