I just read this has ties with the NNA...oh goodness, another sky is falling article?
Getting back to the work at hand...I will tune in and see what you all think.
I know of a title company that cuts corners like this.

This whole thing just enrages me..
We had a posting not too long ago about the same identical thing the SA experienced when he went to get a HELOC in Lenders office. There is a notary that is registered here that has done the same exact thing, be advised Ms. Notary....what you have done is illegal and we WILL bring it to the SOS's attention. You may have made a quick buck off this signing BUT in the long run you'll be looking for another job because your commission will go bye bye. As they say in this neck of the woods, WE GOT YOUR NUMBER...literally. I'll keep you posted although I strongly feel this will turn into a political battle. How do I know this? Same borrower involved in the above wrote our congressman with regards to the hoops she had to jump through in order to get a mammogram. "Visit to the Dr., get the orders, visit the facility, revisit the Dr., visit the radiologist, get results" doesn't work with someone that doesn't carry major medical. The reply? TWO pages, first sentence "thank you for writing to me about your situation", all the rest full of what we've gotta do to bring gas prices down! Sheesh!!!

Brenda,I did the same thing..
It is not worth all the hassel of last minute closings, late docs and low pay. I am learning to work smarter and not harder..Jimmy

Re: Brenda,I did the same thing...AMEN!
Thanks, Jimmy. It's not that I want to make a million, I just want to be paid for what I do.

>>>...Charles N. Faerber, vice president of the Chatsworth-based trade group.<<<
Why the subterfuge? -- the Chatsworth-based trade group is none other than the NNA.
What a bunch of crap.
