Notaryous Notary

This Company has been discussed before but just a reminder to keep them on a NO list. (last post 4/1/06)

I Completed 2 signings for this comany one on 3/15/06 and then on 3/31/06. I have sent numerous invoices, via fax, email and US Mail , once was lucky enough to speak with Anthony, but he said that Annette handles payments , but I always get the "Please leave a message".. when trying to reach her, never a call back.

Why be in the business world if you are not going to act like a business person!!!. 90 days is way to long to get paid when the TC has already paid them.

Eric, I want to share this letter with U, I did a signing for them on 5/19/06; the following letter was attached to my check received in June 06.
Notaries, Unfortunately, we have asome bad news. Due to the recent struggles that Notaryous Notary has encountered the business is closing its doors. As of June 2, 2006 Notaryous Notary has been closed.

We still deal with the issues of non-payment from some of the Lending/Title Compaines.
Since we have done business with a lot of notaries we still want to maintain and have
a good repore with all of you. Unfortunately, we cannot pay all of you out of our own
pockets.

All department including accounts payables have been closed. Because of this we are
sending out 1/2 payments on all invoices that are still outstanding with Notaryous Notary
even though we are not receiving payment from the customers. We apologize and hope
you understand our situation.Thank you for all your hard work and professionalism.
Sincerely, Notaryous Notary.

This is why I feel all business should have a business license and a surety bond of substance to cover this, They should cover it out of there pockets, i bet a judge would tell them so.

Thanks for the info.

It still burn my hide that there are people out there taking advantage of honest hard working others and want to make it right my paying 1/2.

They owe us too! We have tried to get ahold of them and re-invoice, nothing works! Thanks for the link, we will be calling them. They are lying about not getting paid because we called the Title company that this went through and she said they sent them a check on May 1st.

I just got off the phone with Daniel @BBB of CA PH #909-825-7280 Both companies are listed with them.

I had to file and on line report, then he stated that when he receives it he will draft a letter and list both Co in the letter, I am not settling for half pay and the BBB agreeded.
