Lettuce wraps are meat (usually chicken) or tofu, stir-fried with misc Chinese veggies (each place makes them different) and wrapped in iceburg lettuce (burrito-style). They became a trend when the low-carb thing hit mainstream. Rainforest Cafe makes great ones, as does P.F. Changs (which has both chicken and tofu varieties that are awesome).
As for me:

4) Definitely Goofy
5) Papaya (the best one I've ever had, I think) ... Yum!

I thought everyone knew what Lettuce Wraps were!!
The other poster described it well....chicken or shrimp and vegetables in a sauce and used as a taco filling, but instead of filling a taco shell you fill a lettuce leaf. Feels like a sinful appetizer but it is a healthy alternative.
P.F.Chang's started the trend. I had mine at The Bamboo Club, a "Pan Asian" experience. Love it!
