Ok...my brain hurts!

I was working on marketing and found an advertisement for a closer that works about a 5 county radius in WI for $75 base fee and $10 e-docs. No fax fee, no travel fee. Just advertised as "Our fees are low but our experience is high". Claimed over 20 years experience.

Now did I miss something here? How can you drive up to 100 miles one way for that? The only thing I can figure is that they have more than one person. Just venting with one ENORMOUS *Sigh*:-(

Do you know their location? I can hit 4 counties within a 10 mile drive, and 2-3 more if I expand my radius to 25 or so.

I am at 3 within 15 miles but I stress N or S portion of those I don't want to have to spend the night in because of distance!

Why? are you going to give them competition by offering an even lower fee? HA! :-) Just kidding with ya! I believe it was somewhere around the Grantsburg/Milltown area of WI. Perhaps I need to go back to marketing 101, I just don't see a much of a profit margin.
